Return Policy

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

However, we will accept exchanges if there was an issue on OUR behalf.

As per our policy and due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please review your order, head measurements and any other custom details are correct before completing your order. Touched By J’Chocolate is not responsible for improper measuring or errors on details provided to us.

To be eligible for a exchange, all items must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are urged to contact Touched By J'Chocolate directly if there are any issues prior to filing a chargeback. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts their bank initiates a refund for a purchase they made. All abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase with other online retailer across the United States. In all cases where the chargeback is fraudulent and/or an attempt to circumvent our policy and contract, we will file a report with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center) and the customer's local authorities.

Business days does not include weekends, holidays or office closures and can vary or be delayed depending on volume of orders in process or unforeseen issues. Shipping is not included in the processing time so please expect an additional 3-5 businesses day for your order to arrive.

Custom Unit Construction Service

CUSTOM UNIT CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DOES NOT INCLUDE HAIR!

This service provides a custom glueless machine-made unit on a mesh dome cap unless noted, custom hairline, and basic styling. 

 

Customers  are responsible for all cost of the delivery of any hair or units to our company if one chooses to provide their own hair. All hair must be received within 30 days of the order date or the service will be cancelled and refunded. 

​

Unit construction time averages 5-15 business days this does not include weekends, holidays or office closures. Please plan accordingly for any scheduled events.

Wig Cap Measurements

​

Please label each measurement when adding custom measurements to your order by name or 1-6 in the same order as the chart. All values must be in inches.

​

Measure your head at least 3 times when your hair is styled or braided as it would be with the wig on using a cloth measuring tape for most accurate results. A hairline generally starts 4 fingers from the brow bone and the nape is the region where the neck bends when looking up.
